I felt lost wandering where to get a reliable source to get a used car after FORD TRUST? Collindale failed me. Then, I met RON who was very reassuring and accommodating. It takes months to heal from the past waste of time and effort. I still fear what if the car breaks down and I'm still paying in the process. I'm happy with the used car we got from Japanese ltd. Ron helped us with everything. The car was good. I cant thank you enough for helping me get over to my bad experiences from what was seemingly an organised institution with huge CAR brand name and still failed big time. - IAn

Excellent service. I have purchased many cars over the years but the experience in dealing with Ron, was second to none. Vehicle was exactly as described, great price and he even provided a warranty longer then advertised. I have already reached out seeking Ron's help in sourcing another car. This is the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Ron is just an example of how all car showrooms should operate- honest, genuine and absolutely outstanding customer satisfaction is what you'll get when you visit the Japanese Trade Centre. I might be sounding like an advert for the company- it's just that I've been looking so much and met so many terrible dishonest sales people so it was refreshing meeting Ron and buying a great car from a great guy! I think this place has been around for 30+ years and no wonder- I'll never ever buy a car anywhere else after today!! Thank you for just being Brilliant Japanese Trade Centre!!!!

I recently visited to look at a particular car. I don't normally leave reviews but my experience was very different to what I had expected from the reviews already left. The showroom is one floor of a concrete multi-storey carpark. It's rather poorly lit and I found it difficult to inspect the car properly, nearly missing several minor scrapes to the paintwork. Luckily I had brought a torch. I would describe the salesmanship as coercive: I was continually reminded that another potential buyer was coming to look at the car in two days time. I was also very surprised to find I was not allowed to take a test drive unless I agreed to buy the car first! This isn't the sort of place I would wish to buy a car from.

My wife bought a car from this dealer last year, it was her first car so we wanted a god car at a reasonable price. It was a Nissan Micra with low mileage and with fully service history. It drove perfectly and we had no issues with it until it sold it recently in a part-ex deal. A very nice reliably car and good company to deal with.
