Emailed ti arrange a viewing and establish how i can pay , indicated it would be around 2pm , mesaged today as mentioned ETA and told sorry wont be here out at Lunch, then told ill get a call when in the area. I felt lost wandering where to get a reliable source to get a used car after FORD TRUST? Collindale failed me. Then, I met RON who was very reassuring and accommodating. It takes months to heal from the past waste of time and effort. I still fear what if the car breaks down and I'm still paying in the process. I'm happy with the used car we got from Japanese ltd. Ron helped us with everything. The car was good. I cant thank you enough for helping me get over to my bad experiences from what was seemingly an organised institution with huge CAR brand name and still failed big time. - IAn

This is the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Ron is just an example of how all car showrooms should operate- honest, genuine and absolutely outstanding customer satisfaction is what you'll get when you visit the Japanese Trade Centre. I might be sounding like an advert for the company- it's just that I've been looking so much and met so many terrible dishonest sales people so it was refreshing meeting Ron and buying a great car from a great guy! I think this place has been around for 30+ years and no wonder- I'll never ever buy a car anywhere else after today!! Thank you for just being Brilliant Japanese Trade Centre!!!!
